I think I'm gonna go to bed when the age is released (it's 3am then :P ).

I think the actual events with the bahro will continue in Minkata. We will learn some new things about them, that will help us to understand the ongoing story.

I was wondering about that.... Frankly a launch "party" seems in poor taste right now. Not that I want to stall getting a new age in any way at all.

You could think about a launch party as a celebration of life instead of a dwelling on death. There is nothing wrong with a celebration after a death. You could celebrate the fact that someone has moved on from their shell here on Earth to a new part of our Journey. As long as you keep the person who has passed in your heart celebrating their life is easy!

Think of it as an OOC event, then everything is just fine. And I hope there is some more story from Yeesha on this Age this time, if we actually DO get a ringy-thingy.

From my point of view.

Life, as I know it, is a kind of fatal illness with only one possible ending, "death". If you really love someone and no matter how hard it can be for you, it is a good thing to wish for them a better "quantum dimension". It is not because you are in a kind of "fiery abyss" (wars, suffering, killing, taxes, bullying etc etc) that you should wish others to share it with us.

I know a little bit of what I am talking about. My wife died of cancer at the end of the 70's and I did give her permission to leave this dimension. She passed away a few hours later. My mother in law who was in her familly, the transition-helper, said to me she had never seen a so peacefull face in all her helping life.

So, I agree with those we should have a big Party and we should all be very happy. No more suffering for the girls who passed away.

Btw,
Do not waste time feeling sorry for me. My wife's suffering was bad but the ending was good.

(05/24 21:06:35) Cate Alexander: to those of us who continue to work toward a restored cavern.
(05/24 21:07:07) Cate Alexander: With that in mind, I have made the decision that Minkata will be released on schedule tonight.
(05/24 21:07:35) Cate Alexander: We will reverently celebrate its opening as we honor the events of this week.
(05/24 21:08:02) Cate Alexander: How appropriate that the word "minkata" means "heavily scarred".
(05/24 21:08:29) Cate Alexander: May the scars of Minkata be a constant memorial of all we have lost.
(05/24 21:08:49) Cate Alexander: Thank you for your attention.

That best explains why the "party" is still going forward.
