I'm trying to get my friend a MOUL account, but whenever we fire up Urulanucher.exe, it updates then the computer goes to the blue screen of death. And now his computer isn't starting up. What's happening?

That's never a good sign :(

BSODs, by their nature can corrupt disks, and you should probably run a disk check afterwards to be sure it's OK before doing anything else.

The BSOD is likely caused by a graphics driver issue - it's probably happening when the game tries to switch to full screen mode. See if you can get the machine to boot in Safe Mode. If you can do that then uninstalling the video driver and reverting to a basic windows driver might get it back up and running again.

Graphics will "work" but at probably lower resolution and poorer performance that the card is capable of. The first step was to get the machine to boot. Then set about fixing the problem.

15-20 minutes ago the server were working fine. Could well be that the internet issue is residual from the BSOD. Guess you need to start by making sure you can get basic web access, then move on from there.
