I want to express a warm welcome to all new members of the community for we have many joining us in the Cavern these days and i am very glad to see Explorers continue to be among the Called, a wonderful Journey lies ahead of you and please do not hesitate to ask for help on the Guild of Greeters site online or from Greeters in the game when they are there in their Bevin or about in the city, and also most players will be happy to help you in a non spoiler way to enjoy the many wonders of the Cavern.

Remember to check out everything, look everywhere and as the ResEngs say, click on everything for the story to unfold for you.

Shorah and welcome!

Indeed Welcome to any new players.
I'd like to say that the Guild of Greeters, while their site has plenty of useful info,
presents that info with no spoiler warnings, so use the info if wish, but be careful

Guild of Sleepers has a section called Information for new players with info aimed at new players you may not find elsewhere.

There are plenty of other sites that contain information for players to use, the Guild of Messengers have a resource http://rel.to/
and that contains links to many sites players may find useful.

I hope this helps
Alien

Indeed. And, not to be confused with the main Guild of Greeters, the New Greeters are also available in-cavern any time someone needs assistance. Just feel free to ask us or anyone else who may be greeting in the Guild of Greeters Hood and we'll be glad to help. (There are quite a few freelance greeters after all, but I don't have their names handy.)

Hi! I'm very sorry you've not managed to meet any of us in the cavern. I'm a member of the New Greeters; one or more of us are typically around at some time during the day, so we'll be glad to help! Try adding the KI numbers on this list to your buddies list, and when one of us are online just give us a shout and we'll help however we can. :D See you in the cavern!

Thank you, have added those to my buddie list now, so hope to see some of you around the cavern at some point.
And many thanks to Alien who helped me to get further along in ahnonay this evening :)

I like to think that you don't have to be in the Guild of Greeters (or New Greeters) to help people.

This is true and always has been. You're upholding a fine Uru tradition of being a community full of friendly and helpful explorers. Thanks!

How about old members who lost their way and found it a year later? :P

Wow, it's been such a long time since I've been online. I'm having to reinstall MOULa.

I'm afraid to say that nothing much has changed. Although, recently, All Thing's Uru has been created by our very own Ainia, as a fairly comprehensive compendium of everything she can get her hands on. You might like to have a look round.

Thanks, and I'm having a look now. It's a shame little has happened, and I was surprised to see the CAVCON meter fall.
I'll be online after a couple of hours to continue my understanding of the Funhouse City.

No, no. My old hard drive could not start up in my old computer, having bought a new computer and mounted the old drive into the new computer the executable could not work so I had to redownload the game. Pain in the neck that was.
