Would they be free to roam around your Relto? If you restarted would they still be there?

If you quit or log out of the game while someone's in your Relto, then your guest will remain there until s/he leaves your Relto, or quits or logs out of the game him/herself.

If your Relto hut door is open, s/he'll be able to link through any book that is unlocked except for your

Nexus book or your brown D'ni book
, which no one except you can link through regardless whether it's locked or unlocked.

Since you're the only one who can open or close your Relto hut door, you can close it before you quit/log out to prevent your guest from accessing the hut interior, including books and indoor kickable objects

that are outside your hut.

If a kickable object falls off the Relto island, it will respawn to its original location after you link back to your empty Relto

If someone has the skills to climb up the trees (any client) or to combo jump (skydiving client), that person can access your hut interior even with the door close.

I would add that at least one grey hat has figured out how to visit other players Relto's without their assistance. ResEngs can do so too.

This may seem to be a dumb question, but why would anyone want to "sneak" onto someone's Relto
for any reason without the owner?
Nothing valuable there. You can go anywhere with or without the Bots.
So why go there?

Its unfortunate but some people see it as a challenge,(as disturbing as it may sound) its kinda like walking threw a neighborhood and trying all the doors to see which one is left unlocked or putting something in the door jam to keep the door from locking properly.

It's not that bad.
The first time was ResEng Dogherra popping in. (Calumon's Relto i think it was)
The second was a buddy showing of.
No harm done.

Very true. Even if someone can get there without your assistance, they can't do any harm if they did. If your hut door is closed, they can't even open it to kick your firemarbles out, and if the door is open, you can reset everything anyway.

I'd be more annoyed if someone got into my private neighborhood and knocked down all the firemarbles from their default positions hanging in midair. I like to leave them like that because it looks interesting to me.

I was alone in Dog's Relto once. Ask him about it sometime. :P

Great info.
A Res broke into someone's Relto? Doesn't seem right.
So, just to be sure, we need to keep our Relto door closed.

ResEngs don't break into people's Reltos. If they go there, it's never when it's empty, but rather because they've linked to wherever the avatar is and it's usually because they're handling an issue that concerns that particular avatar.

I wasn't referring to the ResEngs I was generalizing. I assume its fun for a few but it usually not fun for the majority of people who fall victims to those who enjoy this kind of challenge. It tens to drive some people away especially if they feel they have been targeted, luckily it don't happen often but when it does it can be a very sad thing to deal with.

*hears his name mentioned* *leans in front door of thread and intones* You raaaang??

Jokes aside, with regards to the original question of leaving someone behind in your Relto, they can't really do anything to your Relto if you keep the tabs on the books locked and your kickables turned off.

As for unexpected visits....

Can't say I recall a ResEng visit particularly well at the moment- you kinda expect them to be in unexpected places, ya know? Could've been me, but that one might have been someone else, tommy- but I can say with certainty I did have a friend I was inviting over pop over unexpectedly, once. It was quicker than meeting up in a Bevin, and with how buggy Relto Shares can be at times, I didn't complain too much, although it scared the heek out of me at the time. (I just let him off with a warning, "Tell me before you bahro-link to me like that, next time!" XD)

And any unexpected guests I had after that were usually already verbally invited over already. (IE: Let's meet up somewhere!)

I am not sure about the Relto being yours, there was a third player, can't remember who, but i would have sworn you were there. :)
