Yes, KI invites can be sent even if the other player is offline. Open the full KI on the "people" tab and select the person that you want to invite. (Their name should appear in the small box above the list on the left, and you should see arrows next to the "folders".) Now scroll down the list until you get to the folders called something like "chumface's Teledahn visitors" and click the arrow next to the age that you want to invite the person to. They'll get a KI mail telling them about the invite (which can be deleted) and the invite will appear in their nexus under "Private Links". If you want to cancel the invite, open the age visitors folder in your KI and delete the player from there.

You cannot invite People to Relto this way, that can only be done when you are both online. To share your Relto book, meet in a public age (e. g. Kirel) and stand facing each other. Now open your Relto book, click the "share book" button on the left page (your cursor should now have a book next to it), then click the other person once. If everything went right, the other person should see your Relto book on their screen. Once they touch the panel, you are shown your Relto book again and you can link there too.

The Relto book sharing can be a little finnicky. If you're having trouble, try standing closer to each other. When you have the "book cursor", make sure that your cursor has two circles when you click the other person, otherwise the click is not recognized. After you click the other person, don't move or do anything else or the sharing might be interrupted.

Those are good instructions, dgelessus - except that, after sharing the Relto book, it just goes away and you'll need to bring it back up for yourself to use it.

Also, regarding deleting an invitation that's been sent to someone: it won't go away unless/until they're logged in.
