What if relto was changed...bear with me, Everyone who starts URU is given Relto. If the ability to write ages was introduced, then people could individually create their personal age, by "re writing" their Relto book. This would mean that everyone would be limited to one age, and so would be more likely to make them as high a quality as possible.

It will be interesting to see what actually happens. :D

I think that would be a good way of controlling age creation though

I happen to disagree with you. If you limit fan ages to being created by one person only. You would have no more then a one or two dozen fan ages. I'm sorry but they shouldn't be stifled like that.

Starfyre I think you miss read what i said :)

Ages being written by one person would be bonkers.

I didn't mean one person only, I meant everyone gets one age each to do with as they will. ie completely re write their own individual relto's.

Not neccisarily using 3d software (such as 3ds max) but have a way of writing the world in game.

Having a writing desk in the Relto hut would be good.

Oh heck yes. This is a perfect solution to my worries. If this happens, I will be very very very happy.

Plus, this way you can still put more stuff in your age to expand it if you want more age.

Also, you could have private ages this way for only people you invite.

I do think that it should not be your relto you change, but a new personal descriptive book, so relto pages wont be worthless

A new world for each explorer sounds very reasonable, and maybe the power to change the world from time to time? Using a D'ni negative (BoA) or something of the sort to make the world different everynow and then?

Yes, but they are all "Hopefully" and not "Definitly" as I was led to believe. But no matter, this new idea wins the day and solves all problems ever.

Unfortunately, none of us holds authority over Cyan development to make them implement what we decide we want. We can only hope Cyan is listening and that perhaps their efforts coincide with our wishes.
