since recently, my MOULa is taking an increasing amount of time to load. the usual 50 seconds has now increased to approx 4 minutes. this problem started approx. 2 weeks ago.

i checked my bandwidth and its high as always. i have no problems with any other shards, games or sites.

any ideas as why this is happening ?

At what point or points in the loading process does it seem slow?

after user license agreement. it is when we can see how much time it takes to load.

Sounds like you're describing the "secure download" phase - this is when the client downloads the files that describe "how the ages work", etc., - this is also where the "zero seconds" bug used to appear back in 2006, so called because the progress bar would get to the end and the message would say "Approximately 0 seconds remaining" then just sit there forever. The bug was fixed but that whole section still needs a pretty reliable internet connection to run smoothly and quickly, so I'm going to guess that you've maybe got a high packet loss rate with your connection to the MOULa servers.

It's probably nothing you can do anything much about as, if other shards and services aren't noticeably affected, it's probably something way downstream in your "route" to the MOULa servers in particular :? These kinds of thing are near impossible to pin down, but there's a good chance it'll just suddenly fix itself given a little time.

I really don't think a reinstall will help. If you are getting in (eventually) and everything then seems to "work" then it's unlikely there are any corrupt files.

Maybe your Internet Service Provider was having problems.

if it was an internet connection problem it would slow down all shards and all internet browsing. i had problem only with MOULa. and, as i said i checked the connection while the problem was present. it was as high and good as always. i believe it was a connection with MOULa server that caused the problem.

 should have read what you said more carefully. No what caused the problem.

Yeah, it was likely to have been a "routing node" somewhere between the ISP and the MOULa servers, that was only affecting the path to MOULa. Sometimes a node will get messed up (could be lots of reasons: running out of buffer space, faulty hardware, etc) and starts dropping packets. After a couple of weeks it usually gets noticed and someone reboots the machine and the problem disappears.
