On a retina macbook pro, running cider wrapper.

When you hit Cmd+Enter to go to windowed mode, the window position gets messed up. The top half of the window is off the screen, and the mouse position is shifted, so you can't click on anything.

A workaround solution is to open System Preferences > Displays, switch the resolution to "Scaled", and choose anything other than default. This forces the windows to re-layout and fixes the issue.

Now you can switch the resolution back to "Default for display", and everything looks how you would expect it to.

Thanks for the handy tip, josh.gubler! I haven't seen this particular bug myself, but I'm on an older MacBook Pro. :-)
