 Post subject: network error

hello, since this morning i am getting network error after selecting any of my avatars. i simply can't get in. my computer is fast, network connection great, so what this could be ? i tried Deep Island shard which is heavier than MOULa and it worked fine.
please advise,

It isn't uncommon for a previously perfectly functional MOULa to have issues like this. Unfortunately there's usually not a lot you can do about it.
The effect you're seeing often happens if (very simplified explanation) the client takes too long to load the avatar data, so what you might see is that an "old" avatar with lots of "history" will fail to load while a relatively new one will be OK.
I don't doubt that your PC is fast enough not to be the problem here, but in some cases it can be a factor. It's more likely a network issue: While you may well have a "great network connection" that's only a general view - the question is really "How good is the specific connection to the MOULa servers?" and that's harder to answer because it's difficult to test. It's possible that one of the "nodes" in your route to MOULa is having a problem (maybe overloaded with traffic because of some local issue or it has a partial failure reducing its capacity) and is dropping more data packets than usual and that's enough to cause the problem you see. "Routes" are very specific (and variable) so it probably wont affect your internet experience to anything else other than MOULa and there's a good chance it'll "fix itself" very shortly.
