That is for MOULA. What can I do short of a complete re-install.

Ghen shard takes forever and does nothing......

Minkata forgot me.

Move UruLauncher.exe away from game folder,
Rename* UruLauncher.exe.tmp —> UruLauncher.exe

Alternatively, right-click on UruLauncher.exe and select Properties > Compatibility > Run as Administrator.

* If you have common file extensions hidden (bad idea), UruLauncher.exe.tmp will appear as UruLauncher.exe, and UruLauncher.exe as UruLauncher

I’m in Europe, with a less-than-optimal connection, and both Gehn and Minkata run fine.

I'd love to help fix this issue, but the GOW doesn't respond to my request via the Lost PW button. I get no email for a reset. GOW tells me it sent one, but I never get it.

Is it possible that the e-mail address the GoW has for you is wrong?

I don't think I ever changed it, and I've had the same email address for over 20 years. But I will try a different strategy, I'll try to sign up using my correct email, and it should bump me because they already have a name at that email.

And FWIW, I really hate working thru this on a different forum.

Your issue with the Gehn Shard sounds like something I had once. Try resetting your 3D gaming settings.

Not sure how to do it on Intel graphics cards.

For anyone else wondering, yes there are only three makers of 3D accelerator chips, which is very different from the past when they were a lot of different 2D and even 3D chip makers.
