I know this is basic question, but when playing in windowed mode, what is the easiet way to get the cursor out of the game window and onto the desktop? I can't remember how to do it.

Alt-tab certainly works, as does ctrl-esc.

I've been using Ctrl+Alt+Esc, which brings up the Task Manager. I was using that in non-Windowed mode, too. Always works for me.

You mean either ctrl-shift-esc or ctrl-alt-del.

I have been using the single key located on the bottom left of the key board that is between the Ctrl and Alt. Mine has MS Window on it.
