My gametap server has been going crazy lately :x . The only solution left is for me to un-install and re-install gametap all over again :cry: . The question is: is there a way to keep my explorers progress, or if I can’t do that could I at least delete it so that I can use the name?

Your avatar and all its progress are stored on the Uru servers. You could wipe your whole hard drive, reinstall gametap, and you'd find the avatar waiting for you when you got back in.

(Small exception: the thumbnail photo in the avatar selection screen. You'll need to take a new one.)

And you won't have client-side copies of your KI images, or log information (including chatlogs).
