D'ni sudoku? Well this is certainly interesting.
Why are your numbers' two parts in an exclusive OR relationship? I don't think that's how that works. 
btw, the title roughly translates to "Do you know the [her]s?" Whatever the last word means, my D'ni dictionary didn't have it. Probably means "know your D'ni numbers" or something.

0 means empty. This can be used as a two-dimensional array in your favorite programming language.
PPS: Of course I made a few transcription errors, which are now fixed. This only includes the ones breaking the sudoku, i. e. number occurs more than once per row/column/block. In case you have already used the transcription above, you need to get this updated version.
