As a small example of what lies around us and is not giving up its secrets easily, i post this pic taken from the Museum off the Toketah Plaza in Ae'gura:

[A] Does anyone know who is depicted in this tapestry?
[B] Can you see it well enough to see that there may be at least two people in the depiction -- maybe more: There seems to be an eyebrow and nose immediately above the prime figure, but i think this may be a shadow of the prime figure. Then, there is just the barest hint of an eyebrow above that, which seems to belong to a head which is wearing the upper portions of what originally appeared as the very tall and ungainly ceremonial hat of the prime figure. Beyond that, there are eyebrows and noses emerging from the tapestry as they fly off above and into the distance.
[C] If this is a D'ni tapestry (i assume it is), it is clear from its museum setting that in its original it is terribly elongated -- to the point of serious deformation. It makes the D'ni appear as an exaggeration of the Watusi. But when this museum original is corrected for parallax it shows precisely what we see in the accompanying illustration: It is a people of well done human proportions.
