We're planning a photoshoot for the GoMa website of as many Maintainer supporters as we can muster.

The plan is to meet up in the Maintainers Pub at 13:00 KI time on Saturday 10 November.

We'll take some group shots in the Pub. Then I'll share my Relto book so that we can get as many of us as possible to the upper part of the 2nd building in Gahreesen. This will give us a variety of backgrounds -- running through the cell corridors, gathering in the well-lighted room, climbing the ladders, then out into the open.

We've commissioned a photographer for the first part of the session, and can take our own screenshots as well.

Hope to see you there!

Good thing I've been doing lots of "mouse clicks" and "nacho dunks" to get in shape.

Hi Dot. Sorry I will miss the photo shoot as I will be out of town and away from a computer that day. I still signed up for the GoM KI newsletter so I should be in the loop with you guys. See you around the cavern!

Someone asked over in the GoMa forum whether we had to wear the GoMa supporter shirt.

No, you don't have to.

Just wear whatever you're comfortable in, but remember that we will be climbing ladders etc, so stout footwear is advisable on health and safety grounds.

I will not, alas, be there. I will be on the road home from vacation.

If people feel strongly about being there but can't make it, I can always Photoshop them (and myself) in, if given Relto Closet screen captures.

Any takers?

You could have a couple of different time zone group shots. A group standing left of something, one center and one right. Shop those together for a nifty group photo.

Lost Owl and Montgomery, sorry you won't be able to be there. This is one of those events that started as a passing remark and snowballed a bit. Adding those who couldn't make it via Photoshop will be helpful -- thanks, Montgomery.

And that's a nice idea, semplerfi. I was trying to choose a time that would include at least two of the main surface time zones, but was aware that explorers from the Pacific time zones would be left out.

Is there anyone from that area who could organise a similar group shot?

Nice idea, but unfortunately, this will only work if all shots are taken from precicely the same angle.
