I see Dragons_tooth is a new addition to ULM today.

It locks up ULM, "checking integrity".

Had to just close (X) ULM and never was able to download the AGE.

Hi Fezz,

I would suggest you post your question directly on this dedicated forum at the Guild of Maintainers...
http://www.guildofmaintainers.org/Forum/viewforum.php?f=75

Good luck.

Thank you for your interest in Dragon's tooth. I have been working with Andy Legate and I think the Dragon's tooth download on the ULM is fixed. Do not click on the fossil in Dragon's tooth, as you need to have the Ordovician age installed and that is not working yet on the ULM. If you want both Dragon's tooth and Ordovician download all the files from guild of maintainers site. It even has the blender files.

I uploaded the Ordovician age on the ULM. Let me know if you have any other trouble with either Dragon's tooth or Ordovician ages.

Hi Metabasalt1 and thanks for Dragons_tooth.
It was a kewl title so I had to try it.

I am only a few days with the ULM and downloading created AGES.
My goodness what talent each of them shows.
Cant wait to see Dragons_tooth.

Right now I am trying to jump through Maw AGE. Thats alot of fun.
I bounce off those protruding rock steps.
I dont know if that is what was desired but it is so awesome.

From what I see I dont think MORE will have any trouble in creating ages.

I tried to download Dragons_tooth again yesterday and it changed to "incomplete" and did not lock the ULM up.
Thanks for the heads up on how to get the AGE.

I cant wait to get just a single flat plane to put my avatar on. I will be working on that this weekend.

I am concerned, about what caused the ULM problem.
I dont want anything I do to cause that to happen.
I have a fear that when I try to create a flat plane to experiment on, I will make the ULM crash.
My age will be called Junk01 in case anybody runs into problems they know where it came from.
Actually I hope Junk01 will not show up anywhere but on my computer.
Not sure how that works yet.

May I say, "Thanks", for all those who have taken the time to write ages for Blender noobs like me to see.
Your efforts are so very much appreciated.

Fezz welcome to the age writers. Have you been to the guild of writers site yet?
http://forum.guildofwriters.com/
There you will find all you need to start writing ages. Check out the wiki.
Also you should contact cyan about getting a FCA license. You can let them know what kind of age you are planning before you even start. You can get one by emailing the legal department of cyan at:[email protected]
The guild of maintainers can help with reviewing your age.

Don't worry about posting your age yet. You can write an age and just store it on your hard drive until you are ready to share it with the uru community.

Thanks Metabasalt1,

I did not know about [email protected]

In the past years, I have put together sketches, collected pictures and sound bits, for a set of Ages that work together to solve one larger puzzle.

Thanks for the info, that I can have an Age reside on only my hard drive, until I am brave enough to have it shared. Sharing an Age takes alot of guts.

I viewed your ages. Wow ... I wish I had your skills. I know they dont come overnight, it takes months/years to develope the skills you display.

Thanks again for adding your Ages to the ULM and for your info.
You help make LESS alot MORE tolerable.
Until LESS is MORE.
Fezz
