Is Open-Source URU ever going to get finished? I mean, really?

They are way beyond their original deadline. (Summer 2009)

And I just spoke with someone at Cyan. They are currently having a limbo contest. Which RAWA won.
When I asked about what Cyan's biggest project is right now, I got no reply.

So, I'm starting to feel like it's never going to happen....

I was there when this conversation happened. You were told that they were working on MagiQuest Online which, as far as we all know, is their main project right now. It might not have been the Uru related answer you were hoping for, but it was a truthful answer.

Also, I'm quite proud of RAWA for taking the prize, he's always seemed like the sort of fellow who'd have some fun with a limbo group!

That's because he has a Great Arch.

It's in the announcements, and a couple other spots- check it out, you'll find there's a lot of interesting information.

You know, playing the game isn't the only reason I want Uru to be available. I want Uru to be available, because the day it will come, I can do a big "IN YOUR FACE" to everyone who were so sure it won't  .

Sadly it may very likely not come  still, I wouldn't be so negative about it. When one is *certain* Uru will not return, it's not being realistic anymore, it's just being negative.

Considering how Cyan Software is being hacked left and right I would say NO it will not, thanks hackers. You spoiled it for the entire community, If Uru Live never happens again, at least we know why.

I'll burn a black candle in your Honor

Someone remind me where Uru would be if the hackers hadn't shown an interest in making Ages and adding stuff?

Oh, right... cancelled in 2004 and never heard of again.
