I have a problem with my gametap account.
I'm an international subscriber.
When i log in my gametap accountm the only
page i see is the "confirm your information" page
with membership plan, accounting info and billing info.
The only action i can take is to download the installer.
I was expecting that after downloading the installer something would have changed and main page of my account would have appeared...
but nothing like that happenend.

I'd like to edit my account, change password or whatever.

Is it limitation of international account? or am i doing sth wrong?

I've been wondering about that too. I hope they will change that in the future, it's not really customer-friendly. And I have to update some information soon.

Sorry for reactivating that old post but the problem is still unsolved today.

My credit card expires at the end of the month and don't find any way to update billing information for international (I'm french) customer on Gametap website.

I sent a mail to Gametap support and submitted a ticket to Cyan because Gametap is obviously not prepared to solve billing/account problems submitted by international customers.

I really want to continue playing myst on-line but I won't spend days and energy in trying to pay for it if nothing is done.

Any idea/suggestion ?

don't that page works ? don't know, never tested it. Waiting to move in Denmark before eventually singing up.
And anyway, i'll be unable to sing in if I can't change my billing information.

thanks. The link allowed me to edit my personal information after signing in the gametap website (I had to paste the link directly in adress bar after signing in).

I tried to update billing information and got an error message related to "billing information"

Anyway the new expiration date is registred (I don't know if new security code has been updated too)

I think you will agree with me if I say that it is not a normal and standard procedure. I will also keep the ticket open.

No, it's not standard and very cumbersome, but that's because we don't have the full GameTap client yet.

The international access is a mess right now. GameTap need to solve that !

Wait until April 1st. I still could be transformed into ...
... a Visitor (or a fish : french speciality for April Fools Day!)

Maybe. Still not sure if i'll keep on. Gametap is quite expensive for internationals.

If you need to change your profile do like this

Go to Gametap frontpage and sign in (members top right corner and sign in)
after logging you get to the page
https://account.gametap.com/storefront/ ... Account.do

You can't do anything at that page so copy and past the adress below in to your browser and you get to the billing info page where you can change personal info.
