How exciting! I wonder if this topic set the record for most activity in one day? :)

I have seen topics go seven hundred and seventy seven pages before the thread was closed.

Geez. I go home after work last night, don't look at the forums after leaving work since I am rearranging, adding to and backing up my iTunes and am watching hockey and what do I miss?

Might as well add my two cents to this - WAHHHHOOOOO!!!

Ahem, now that that is out of my system I am, like so many of you, inclined to be "caustiously optimistic". What struck me about Chogon's post is that he wrote "MystOnline" not "MO:RE". Was this a slip of the keys or was it deliberate? Seeing as how he was so involved with MO:RE up until the plug was (temporarily  ) pulled did make me wonder at first if he was just talking about the Forum. Now I'm not so sure, but like some of you I've had my expectations come crashing down once to often to automaticly assume that what he is talking about is the game.

Still - one can hope, and I intend to ride this rollercoaster until it either stops or switches to another track and keeps on going.

Now their is an interesting question was he talking about Myst on line forums OR Myst on line resurrection experiment, I kinda get the feeling that everybody hopes its the Game he is talking about and not the forum. If its the forums several fans may be rather disappointed.

Has anyone thought that it might be possible that GameTap under new management has reassessed their opinion of the future of MystOnline? They have (presumably) a lot of money invested in it, and (presumably) have been watching the forums, and have (perhaps) decided to give it another whirl since Cyan (presumably) cannot fund its resurrection? Yes, a lot of presumptions there...but as Don Quixote said: "They MIGHT be giants!"

Yes, I too get the feeling that everyone here (myself included if I'm honest) aren't saying what we're hoping and that we are hoping for something big. I hope it is what I hope it is, but I like many have been one to have mine dashed too frequently, so... we shall wait for MORE from Chogon. ;)

Call me a pessimist, but the more I re-read Chogon's post, the more I'm inclined to think he's referring to restructuring of the forum/website, especially given the "and be civil out there" closing quip. But it's so vague it could mean anything and the rest is just speculation.

BTW - The T's and C's linked from the bottom of the forum pages still refers to TGN/Gametap so some degree of website overhaul is needed at some point, irrespective of the true meaning of Chogon's post.

Why on earth would they do that if they did not change anything else? That would just not make sense to me... as to what WILL happen, your guess is as good as mine (as long as it isn't what you just guessed)

Yeah, no kidding. Mine has been like that for weeks now though. Maybe it helped some!

10 Letters
Two Capitalilzed, the first and the fifth.
There are 7 consonants and 3 vowels.
There are 7 linking cloths in Tsogal
3 of them or in or near water.
If you stand by the linking book in Tsogal and look at the median line between those three cloths you see the exact left line of the vault door.
Left to right is the progression of reading D'ni text
Therefore this post is about progress.

What kind of progress???
we need more clues :)

o__o Ingenious lol. Although I think he was referring to the game. Heh heh.

So could changing the landscape mean redesigning the Ages? I'm not sure if I'm too happy about that.....

However, I'm glad to finally have some news.

Maybe the Bahro are still having their "civil" war!
