It looks nice, but where is the "hand" ?

I think the hand was only present for MORE. We're now MOOSE, so... ;)

I think they should put many hands on MOOSE. To represent the many explorers working on it and the many journies they will take.

I hate to admit it... I have fallen in love with Chrome... surfing was never so fast and even the sites look more vibrant and alive, somehow. Never said I lacked imagination...

I find IE7 unbearably slow now. Chrome is way faster.

Ah, now I have the Myst Online Uru LIve logo back, too. Dang, I wish I had done a screen capture while I still had the other one. :?

If I recall correctly, the Mac OS version of IE5 was the most standards compliant browser in wide use at one time, much better than the Windows version. IE6 for Windows was a big improvement. I have 7, and it's OK, but I use Firefox almost exclusively. The only reason I keep IE around is for those few sites that seem to be "optimized" for it.

Agree.
Did you try IE8?
Much faster than IE7 and it has a lot of goodies.

No IE8 yet... I am thinking about trying the Windows 7 Beta version in dual boot...

The version of IE8 that comes with Win7 still has some rendering issues and annoying javascript issues. It's not quite ready to use as my everyday browser yet.

Lol Denis.

But no kidding:
Is it not a challence in our world to find a balance between things. Not and/or, but and/and?
So in this case to find a solution that is satisfying both (or even more) parties.

Hmm. Since the site was updated I find that I have to actually login nearly every day. It no longer remembers me. :(

It was annoying enough that it used to lose track of which posts I'd viewed from time to time, so I'd miss some of the new ones, but this is getting worse.

And now you know why I refer to Internet Exploder as Aieeeeee (as opposed to I.E.). I just stick to Firefox.

The Uru community should join together to create a new browser with everything we want included and perhaps just specifically for Uru related websites? A Firefox style web-browser with IE 6 styling? Maybe?
