Auth. server is down again? (Sept. 18th, 2014)

I cant log in the cavern cuz of the above mentioned error

anyone else has the same trouble?

Yes, i can confirm. I logged out to check URU:CC installation. Now i can't login to MOULa.

I was in for a while, logged out then could not get back in again.

"Authorisation Failed. Please try again"
"No response from server".

Confirmed here too -- enormous lag started while online switching Ki display on and off -- logged out and then tried to log back in and could not -- using two different computers -- I presume from the error message that the login attempt is timing out.

Well, with luck, the Cyanists will have everything back up and running before they head home for the night. After all, every update is likely to have some glitches.

Hi everyone,

Well, sad news. The database machine has crashed. The datacenter is in the process of recovering as much data as they can. We do have backups of the database which we are in the process of retrieving. The last backup would have happen Wednesday morning - not too far back.
The unfortunate thing is the server instance was created more than 5 years ago with deprecated technology, so it will have to be rebuilt.

So, the short answer is MOULa might be out until next week. Sorry.
