I’m trying to compile a complete and precise chronology of the releases of Uru (a smaller scope than the IC D’ni Timeline).

A lot of the dates you're looking for are in that link. Some might require translation, though. For example:

is likely the IC explanation of Cyan granting permission for Uru shards to operate. (Until Uru begins.)

The Great Scream is also listed there: December 19th, 2006.

You might be able to find some dates in the Uru: Ages Beyond Myst wiki page and/or the articles listed in the sources.

"To D'ni" is timestamped as Mar 23rd, 2004 on http://www.gamershell.com/download_5400.shtml , which is one of the locations it was available from back in the day.

I can't find an equivalent timestamp for "Path of the Shell". I wrote it up on July 16, so the release was probably about a week before that.

I'm always surprised at how short Prologue really lasted... Not to mention I only got Uru 29 or 30 november 2003, and I don't remember when I got my invite after that. Those ~2 months felt like an eternity!

Funny thing is, I’ve known about Uru ever since it was called Mudpie, except I’ve been on a PPC Mac until around 2010 (so the Cider wrapper wasn’t helpful). By that time I had lost track of the Uru odyssey, so it took me about two more years to make an account.

I think you might need to add two things:

You might want to add the actual date of the Great Crash.
I'm not sure if you want to add Destiny shard,as I know Doobes uses it for testing.

Just my own thoughts.

I offer this as information, not as a demand. I think it's worth remembering.

I'm going by memory here because the Tapestry Shard forum is gone. Tap was the most active of the Until Uru shards for a time, and its forum was used for organizing events on the shard. In December of 2004 there was the beginning of the Cavern Activities Team, of which Donahoo was a member. In January of 2005, Donahoo started the D'ni Happy Hour. So far as I know this was the first regular, scheduled event in the Cavern's history, and it's still going on in Second Life 11 years later.

Karaoke came along a little later (2006?), and that's also still going on.
