So I sent a ticket a couple of days ago but yet I havent heard anything back. My account, an old one, needs reactivation. Right now I can't login because the game says it's not activated yet.

Any tips, contact certain people directly? If so, who?

Thanks in advance people, btw - Obduction is awesome!

I'm PM Chogon or Tor'i, but remember that they just launched Obduction yesterday, so patience helps ;)

Man I can't wait to go back.. Computer problems made me go on a hiatus for a while..

Seriously bothered I haven't heard a single thing yet. This is really putting me off. Just reactivate my account already. I messaged and put in support tickets.

Ah, no.

Sorry for the long delays in MOULa support. We are still a long ways under water with the release of Obduction. The MOULa activations will be handled in the order they are submitted to the support ticketing system, which is behind a lot of Obduction support tickets, so it is going to be awhile. Please do not send PM requests to me or T'ori trying to shortcut that process.
