Unfortunately, we don't have a good way to change the email address on an account through an online process. Please contact support (
[email protected]) and please try to include as much information as you can that you are the "right" person. Then someone will get to it when they can.
However, there is good news about using the Upgrade Account feature. If you were able to Upgrade your MOULa account (before you lost access to your email account) then you will be able to reset your password with just your phone for verification!
