If she's a man, then so is Marie Sutherland. Personally, I'd bet my money on a KI glitch misinterpreting her action rather than a gender crisis.

No need to be sorry, 'cause what you say next is also true. You know in chatlogs both of them are referred to as men, as in "M. Sutherland claps his hands". Their avatar must have been created as males, hence they are men, then they added a special avi look which is female.

It's time to ask her why she has neither. Let her avoid the question, because you know she will, then ask point blank about her ancestry with no apologies.

Don't you think this could just be another OOC oversight by Cyan, like having the wrong gender pronoun? I'm starting to think that we're over-analyzing this detail. But then again, over-analyzing details is kind of what we're "trained" to do in the Cavern.

I don't know, the KI is pretty bulky and she only has bulges in the right places! :shock:
