(01/30 17:38:03) Michael Engberg: No idea.
(01/30 17:38:25) Michael Engberg: I'll be surprised if he really does come down.
(01/30 17:38:32) Michael Engberg: It's really only rumor right now.
(01/30 17:38:57) Whilyam: Oh?
(01/30 17:39:12) Whilyam: One of your Res Engs didn't think it was.
(01/30 17:39:41) Whilyam needs a moment to breathe!
(01/30 17:40:26) Whilyam: Michael, my heart isn't what it should be, are we going to keep puffing around the City? Is this some new DRC fitness program?
(01/30 17:40:40) Whilyam needs a moment to breathe!
(01/30 17:44:39) Michael Engberg: Well, that's disappointing.
(01/30 17:44:48) Whilyam: Disappointing?
(01/30 17:45:07) Matthew Allen: what is disappointing?
(01/30 17:45:25) Michael Engberg: The fact this is open.

(01/30 17:45:41) Michael Engberg: Rush everything.
(01/30 17:46:07) Michael Engberg: Everyone is in a mad rush to open as much as possible as fast as possible and I'm not.
(01/30 17:47:30) Thend: Has there been much in-fighting with the DRC lately?
(01/30 17:47:44) Michael Engberg: Disagreement.

(01/30 17:48:36) Monkeyboy: How do you feel about Sharper?
(01/30 17:48:41) Michael Engberg: He's fine.
(01/30 17:48:49) Michael Engberg: I'd rather worry about more important things.

(01/30 17:54:41) Whilyam: Michael, we heard about a new age, mostly water, about a week ago. It was supposedly on track for restoration but was stopped. Could you provide some more info on this?

(01/30 17:55:17) Michael Engberg: Yes.

(01/30 17:49:27) From Carl Palmner in daizee's Gahreesen: From the logs, I like him though
(01/30 17:49:30) From Carl Palmner in daizee's Gahreesen: Wanted to meet him
(01/30 17:49:33) elexsa: ?

(01/30 17:50:19) Michael Engberg: There are different definitions of ready.
(01/30 17:50:28) Professor Askew: I'm sure you could use an extra hand if Sharper returns, Michael.
(01/30 17:50:31) Whilyam: Too much to tell right now, elexsa. Long history
(01/30 17:50:33) Matthew Allen: what is your definition of ready, Michael?
(01/30 17:50:34) Michael Engberg: No, I don't mean to scare anyone.
(01/30 17:50:45) From Carl Palmner in daizee's Gahreesen: Anything new and interesting?
(01/30 17:50:47) elexsa: I am done with my pillars
(01/30 17:50:53) Michael Engberg: Just my own thoughts.
(01/30 17:50:55) From Matthew Allen in D'ni-Ae'gura: The bridge is open
(01/30 17:51:01) Hu K'hanDhat: Ok, clear
(01/30 17:51:02) Michael Engberg: I prefer the slower release.
(01/30 17:51:03) From Carl Palmner in daizee's Gahreesen: Besides that?
(01/30 17:51:10) Monkeyboy: Ok, How ready is the Library, in your opinion?
(01/30 17:51:11) Michael Engberg: But most of the time the others don't agree.
(01/30 17:51:16) Whilyam: Was the bridge not intended to be opened today? Another ResEng bumble? Same ones who were responsible for Delin? :P
(01/30 17:51:23) elexsa: I have all my pillars were should i go now
(01/30 17:51:40) Whilyam is amazed!
(01/30 17:51:40) Whilyam: Not even Kodama?

(01/30 17:52:50) Matt160977: Hello, is this way to Library?
(01/30 17:52:59) Matthew Allen: Michael, does the DRC know anything about what Yeesha's goal is in placing the journey door in Eder Delin, or are they even sure that it was Yeesha who put it there?
(01/30 17:52:59) elexsa: Ok
(01/30 17:53:04) HeadCheese : What areas would you take back, if you could, Mr. Engberg?
(01/30 17:53:22) Matt160977 waves

(01/30 17:54:12) Matt160977 waves
(01/30 17:54:36) HeadCheese thinks Michael Engberg has been rendered speechless by the latest developments.
(01/30 17:54:41) Whilyam: Michael, we heard about a new age, mostly water, about a week ago. It was supposedly on track for restoration but was stopped. Could you provide some more info on this?
(01/30 17:54:46) Professor Askew: Well, I'm off to see how things are in Delin.
(01/30 17:54:52) Prometheus: Anything else the rest of the DRC is pushing for that you are against, Mr. Engberg?
(01/30 17:54:53) Professor Askew: Good luck, Michael.
(01/30 17:54:54) Thend: The Bahro are quite verbose right now
(01/30 17:55:05) Monkeyboy: I really do enjoy the Bridge, it's a nice short cut
(01/30 17:55:17) Michael Engberg: Yes.
(01/30 17:55:34) Monkeyboy: Hardly lethal
(01/30 17:55:43) Michael Engberg: Although it seems we're delaying the next Age, which is good.
(01/30 17:55:58) Whilyam: Tsogahl?
(01/30 17:56:03) Monkeyboy: Would that next age be Tsogal
(01/30 17:56:06) Michael Engberg: Yes.
(01/30 17:56:10) Hu K'hanDhat: Safety measures i guess?
(01/30 17:56:11) Michael Engberg: Most likely.
(01/30 17:56:16) Michael Engberg: Yes.
(01/30 17:56:34) Whilyam: And what about this water age, supposedly a place the D'ni harvested energy from?
(01/30 17:56:34) Michael Engberg: Confirming what we think we know.
(01/30 17:56:40) Monkeyboy: What is making it delayed?
(01/30 17:56:47) doom: When do you plan to release the library
(01/30 17:56:57) vid: Can you give us any details about the "weather issues" that were holding back Eder Delin?

(01/30 17:56:59) Michael Engberg: Nothing.

(01/30 17:57:06) Michael Engberg: I do need to get going.
(01/30 17:57:12) Michael Engberg: Enjoy the bridge.
(01/30 17:57:12) Thend: What functions does having explorers in the Cavern and Ages serve, DRC-wise, Mr, Engberg?
(01/30 17:57:35) Hu K'hanDhat: Ok, hope to meet you again soon
(01/30 17:57:45) doom: What about the library and what is isn it

Went to check it out with one of my avis. Entering the instanced city through the gallery I decended the great stair. Indeed the barriers were there. Since I was not on the stair itself, but the central mosiac, I easily passed them. Turning around, they were gone. There were no barriers. Linked back through Relto and the gallery. No barriers. Can't explain this one IC or OOC. Go figure.

Oh, it's entirely OOC. It was accidentally turned on. And it got turned off again, interestingly, RIGHT BEFORE I asked a ResEng if it was intentional that they were on... Go figure.

Well hey, at least we're once step closer to the opening of our beloved library!

Though it's disconcerting to see that one of the railings has been broken since UU....

One of the railings? If your talking about the path to the library, the part with cones around it, if we're thinking of the same part, it has been broken since before UU...

No big surprise Maratanos-we all saw the barriers and I Pmed a Res Eng to find out if something new had cracked and needed barriers. He said he would check it out immediately. While we waited, Thend, Light Keeper and Angel(?) stood on the barriers. Funny to see them all land when the barriers poofed! Probably shoud have left them up since it gave us all such excitement. :D

I'm still concerned they may delay the opening of Tsogal.

We need to remember, this is a DRC member saying they may "delay" the opening of Tsogahl. OOC we know that Tsogahl will be released February 15th, with the official launch of Uru Live. Maybe the DRC was planning on releasing it next week, and the 15th would be a "delay" to them.

The short, if Cyan promises a new Age at a specific time, expect it unless Cyan says otherwise. If a DRC member makes the promise, remember that it's part of the story and it may or may not be released on the day they say.

Bear in mind that just the other day Nick White was in the city and said that Eder Tsoghal was "pretty much done" and it should be out "soon", and when the 15th date was batted to him he said he didn't know about that.. so obviously the DRC timetable does not match Cyan's timetable.
